About the role
As a Business Analyst (RPA) at BlackRock, you will:
· Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for implementing automated solutions.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for RPA solutions.
· Design, develop, and test RPA solutions using industry-leading tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
· Maintain and optimize existing RPA processes to ensure efficiency and performance.
· Provide business analysis and technological support to the Legal and Compliance (L&C) department.
