Americas Head of Campus Recruiting, Director

As the Americas Head of Campus Recruiting, you will be responsible for leading BlackRock's campus recruiting strategy and execution across North and South America. In this role, you will: - Develop the overall campus recruitment strategy and execution plans to attract top early career talent for entry-level roles across the firm's business units - Collaborate closely with functional leaders and business partners to deeply understand their talent needs and goals - Manage a team of regional campus recruiters and coordinate efforts with the global campus recruiting team - Build and maintain strong relationships with target universities and key student organizations to drive brand awareness and candidate pipelines - Oversee the campus recruiting budget, set performance metrics, and measure the success of campus programs - Lead and scale BlackRock's campus recruiting programs, including internships, new graduate programs, and early career initiatives - Partner with the talent brand and marketing teams to develop compelling campus content and experiences - Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously evolve BlackRock's campus recruiting approach
