<div>Blackout Defense is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Trigger Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role focuses on the assembly, inspection, tuning, and quality control of AR15 trigger systems and related firearm components.<br><br>
</div><div>The ideal candidate must have prior firearm experience through professional work, personal build experience, competition shooting, gunsmithing, or similar hands-on exposure. This is not an entry-level firearm role — candidates must understand how an AR15 trigger should properly function and feel.<br><br>
</div><div>Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Assemble AR15 trigger systems and small firearm components </li>
<li> Assemble related parts including charging handles, selectors, and hardware assemblies </li>
<li> Inspect and verify fitment, tolerances, and function of components </li>
<li> Identify and troubleshoot trigger characteristics including: <ul>
<li> Creep </li>
<li> Pre-travel </li>
<li> Post-travel </li>
<li> Reset issues </li>
<li> Inconsistent pull characteristics </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li> Identify manufacturing or assembly issues such as: <ul>
<li> Oversized or undersized bushings </li>
<li> Tight or damaged threads </li>
<li> Tolerance stacking issues </li>
<li> Improper fitment or machining inconsistencies </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li> Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards </li>
<li> Maintain organized workstations and follow assembly procedures </li>
<li> Assist with production workflow and continuous improvement efforts </li>
</ul><div>Qualifications<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Strong familiarity with AR15 platform firearms </li>
<li> Hands-on experience with AR15 triggers and lower receiver components </li>
<li> Ability to identify proper trigger feel and diagnose functional issues </li>
<li> Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail </li>
<li> Comfortable working with small parts and precision assemblies </li>
<li> Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in assembly processes </li>
<li> Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented </li>
</ul><div>Preferred Experience<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Firearm manufacturing or gunsmithing experience </li>
<li> Competitive shooting or extensive personal AR15 build experience </li>
<li> Experience working with tolerances, fitment, and QC inspection processes </li>
<li> Familiarity with trigger tuning and diagnostics </li>
