<div>Blackout Defense is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting daily shipping and fulfillment operations for firearm accessories and components.<br><br>
</div><div>We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Firearm accessory/component knowledge is helpful, but not required.<br><br>
</div><div>Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently </li>
<li> Assemble hardware packs, shim packs, and accessory kits </li>
<li> Prepare and organize shipping materials and boxes </li>
<li> Laser cut foam inserts for packaging applications </li>
<li> Label, stage, and prepare outgoing shipments </li>
<li> Maintain clean and organized work areas </li>
<li> Follow established procedures and quality standards </li>
<li> Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties as needed </li>

<li> Strong attention to detail </li>
<li> Ability to follow instructions and work independently </li>
<li> Positive attitude and willingness to learn </li>
<li> Reliable and punctual </li>
<li> Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment </li>
<li> Ability to lift and move packages/materials as needed </li>
<li> Experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing environments is a plus </li>
<li> Firearm industry or accessory knowledge is helpful but not required </li>
