We are seeking a skilled BSA Blackline Admin (Level 4) with 7-10 years of experience to join our team as a Technical Analyst IV. This role focuses on the technical and functional aspects of BlackLine, specifically around data flow, template handling, and issue resolution related to SAP-to-BlackLine integrations. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out and troubleshoot in-transit runs.
- Validate SAP-to-BlackLine data flows.
- Identify issues in template configurations, matching rules, and field validations.
- Ensure correctness of reconciliations and matching results.
- Support teams with technical expertise on BlackLine templates and modules.
Requirements
- Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience preferred; junior candidates with hands-on BlackLine experience may be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in data extraction from SAP and uploading into BlackLine, understanding FBW, and troubleshooting in-transit runs.
- BlackLine Templates Knowledge: Familiarity with frequently used templates including Generalist Match Template, Matching Account Analysis (MAA) Template, Internal Bank Templates, External Bank Templates, Intercompany Templates, and Generalist AP/AR Match Templates.
- BlackLine Modules: Knowledge of General Ledger Module, Reconciliation Module, and Matching Module.
- SAP Functional Knowledge (FICO): Hands-on experience with SAP FICO basics, FBL*N reports, cost centers, profit centers, WBS elements, and chart of accounts.
- Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of general ledger accounts, bank accounts, trade payables/receivables, and data interpretation before uploading to BlackLine.
Work Arrangements
- Work Schedule: First 2 months: Work from office (for training & system understanding); After 2 months: Hybrid model (2-3 days office / 2-3 days WFH).
- Role Structure: Individual Contributor (IC) role, not a team lead position. The candidate will guide the team, provide solutions, analyze issues, and suggest fixes.
