About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Associate to support the day-to-day execution of product operations. This role offers hands-on experience in product management and game operations, providing exposure to various backend and live-ops workflows. Key requirements:
1. Assist in the execution of live operations, including event planning, content updates, and feature rollouts.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, development, and marketing to ensure seamless product launches.
3. Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
4. Maintain documentation related to product features, updates, and operational processes.
5. Take ownership of operational workflows and continuously strive to improve efficiency.
6. Must have 0-1 year of experience.
Requirements:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Comfortable working with internal tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
