Position : Project Manager

Location : Noida Sector 9

Experience - 2+ years of experience in relevant field

Job Summary

• Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation, to guide the development team through all project phases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, artists, programmers, and QA testers, to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in the project and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Anticipate and resolve issues that may impact project delivery, making quick and effective decisions to keep the project on track.
• Act as a bridge between different departments, ensuring clear and concise communication to facilitate efficient workflow and problem resolution.
• Implement rigorous testing procedures to maintain the quality and integrity of the game, ensuring it meets design specifications and player expectations.
• Conduct regular playtests and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and drive enhancements to gameplay and user experience.
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills :

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the gaming industry, with a strong portfolio of successful games releases.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong understanding of game development processes, including game design, programming, art, and QA testing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player preferences and market trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
