Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support the growth of our organization. Key responsibilities include:- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job postings- Leveraging various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to build a strong pipeline of candidates- Conducting thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications- Coordinating the offer and onboarding process for selected candidates- Continuously analyzing recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement- Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment best practices and technologies
