About the role

Vertical CSM will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with assigned Blackbaud Vertical clients. This role will work closely with these clients to ensure their satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for additional services and products that can benefit the client. The Vertical CSM will also serve as the primary point of contact for these clients and work to identify ways to enhance the client experience.
