About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Blackbaud, you will be responsible for driving net new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with Account Executives. You will utilize a variety of prospecting and outreach techniques, including cold calling, email, social media, and more, to identify and engage with high-potential prospects. You will also collaborate closely with our Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff and follow-up. Successful SDRs at Blackbaud are highly motivated self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are a must.
