Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Product Development & Design:
Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring alignment with market needs.
Work on both technical and marketing aspects of product design.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to develop specifications and enhancements.
Continuously improve products based on customer feedback.
Procurement & Supplier Management:
Handle procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective and quality sourcing.
Establish relationships with vendors and manufacturers to streamline the supply chain.
Negotiate contracts and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely availability.
Marketing & Promotional Strategy
Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote product visibility.
Develop advertising materials, digital campaigns, and sales collateral.
Ensure branding consistency across all marketing efforts.
Product Planning & Market Positioning
Evaluate current product lines and recommend enhancements or new launches.
Conduct competitive analysis to ensure a strong market presence.
Define pricing and distribution strategies to maximize market reach.
Product Launch & Sales Support
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams for smooth product rollouts.
Monitor customer response and sales performance, making necessary adjustments.
Train the sales team on product benefits and selling points.
