Role Description
This is a contract position for a Black Belt role with over 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will oversee process improvement initiatives, lead Six Sigma projects, and mentor teams to drive operational excellence. They will analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve productivity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure success in process enhancement is a vital aspect of this role. This is an on-site role based in Trivandrum.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools for process improvement
- Strong data analysis and statistical skills with experience in leveraging data-driven decision-making
- Project management experience, including risk assessments and resource optimization
- Skill in mentoring, coaching, and leading cross-functional teams towards achieving operational goals
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Trivandrum
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field
- Black Belt certification is required; Master Black Belt certification is a plus
- Experience in IT domains or relevant industries is an advantage
