Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital offers highly specialized surgical and medical services in an intimate environment and is known for outstanding patient care. The Barnes Jewish West County Hospital Department of MRI is a highly specialized, full-service department which strives to meet all patient and clinician needs in diagnostic imaging.
Preferred QualificationsRole Purpose
Responsible for performing routine duties in dealing with the daily operation of Radiology Services, including but not limited to patient transportation, radiographic film development and copying, stocking supplies and clerical duties.
Responsibilities
Schedules procedures, maintains medical record information, obtains prescriptions when necessary.Escorts or transports patients to and from examination area, assists technologist with patient transfers to and from imaging tables, and assists patient as needed.Maintains and ensures availability of supplies and equipment.Follows up when necessary with outside films and calls in results.Minimum Requirements
