About the role

At Bizom, the Product Manager is the key innovator who transforms breakthrough ideas into market-winning products. Your mission is to create and manage an unconventional idea funnel that sources novel, untested ideas—from channels such as RFPs, client meetings, and intelligence workshops—and to drive these ideas through rapid experimentation toward achieving product–market fit (PMF). You will also focus on increasing the Daily Active Users (DAU) for our next-generation modules and spearhead market expansion across new verticals and geographies, all while elevating our RTM platform through targeted UI/UX improvements. Prior experience working with FMCG/SAAS Industry is mandate for this this role. Experience range: 1 to 3 Years Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities Champion Product Innovation: Establish a creative idea funnel that gathers breakthrough concepts from non-traditional sources (e.g., RFPs, customer meetings, real intelligence workshops) to enrich Bizom's product offerings. Serve as the central advocate for innovative ideas that solve emerging customer challenges. Drive Prototyping & Iteration: Lead rapid experiments by developing MVPs for next-generation products that initially lack a defined PMF. Iterate quickly based on field feedback to drive these innovations toward market validation and scalability. Focus on Adoption & Growth Metrics: Prioritize strategies that boost DAU and overall engagement for new, innovative product modules. Monitor performance metrics and fine-tune launches to ensure that novel features gain strong traction in the market. Expand to New Verticals & Geographies: Lead go-to-market initiatives that adapt products for new customer segments and geographical markets. Ensure that each market expansion effort is aligned with Bizom's strategic vision and delivers measurable results. Enhance Product Excellence: Collaborate with design and engineering teams on targeted UI/UX revamps and broader product improvements to bolster Bizom's competitive position as a leading RTM platform. Integrate customer and field insights to refine product functionality and presentation continuously. Collaborate on GTM Strategies: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute tactical go-to-market strategies that drive product awareness, adoption, and collection of field feedback. Ensure that the GTM efforts align with product innovation goals and provide real-time insights to inform subsequent iterations.
