Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long - term

partnership.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver

tailored solutions.

Coordinate across internal teams to execute events and campaigns seamlessly.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality.

Resolve client issues proactively with a solutions - focused approa ch.

Present periodic performance reports and conduct review meetings with clients.

Identify and pursue upselling and cross - selling opportunities to expand client engagement.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

Proven ability to manage complex client accounts and expectations.

Adaptability in a dynamic, deadline - driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or event

management roles.

Experience in managing B2B or B2C campaigns and client portfolios.
