Data Analyst/Tableau Developer

Position: Data Analyst (Data Science) We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Data Science team. Key Responsibilities: As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for: Collaborating with clients and internal teams to define business problems. Translating business challenges into analytical problems and deriving insights. Handling and analyzing large datasets to drive data-driven decision-making. Cleaning, processing, and transforming raw data for meaningful analysis. Creating intuitive visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights. Utilizing ETL tools like Alteryx for efficient data processing. Performing basic Python-based data manipulation using pandas, matplotlib, and sklearn. Optimizing queries and enhancing database performance in SQL/MySQL/Hive. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, handling large datasets, and data visualization. Proficiency in SQL (must-have) – Strong knowledge of: Joins, Unions, Table properties Window functions (Rank, Partition By) Query parameterization and optimization Optimized table formats Hands-on experience in Tableau/Power BI – Ability to create insightful dashboards and reports. Expertise in data cleaning and processing for accurate and efficient analysis. ETL experience using Alteryx or similar tools. Basic Python skills for data manipulation and exploratory analysis. Good understanding of data visualization – graphs, charts, and reporting techniques. Excellent communication skills – ability to present insights to stakeholders.
