Junior Computer Vision Engineer

Biz-Tech Analytics builds production-grade computer vision and AI automation systems for quality checks, workforce intelligence, and scalable data pipelines. We are hiring Junior Machine Learning Engineers with 1 to 2 years of experience who want to work on real-world CV problems and grow into strong technical contributors. Responsibilities: Work with ML engineers to design and deploy CV models for detection, tracking, segmentation, and visual inspection. Handle image and video data pipelines including preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation. Support model training, evaluation, and optimization to meet accuracy and performance goals. Assist with deployment on edge or cloud setups. Join code reviews and discussions, and take ownership of smaller modules within larger AI projects. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, AI, ML, Data Science, or related fields. One to two years of experience through roles, internships, or projects in ML or CV. Strong Python skills and exposure to PyTorch or TensorFlow, OpenCV, and common CV tools. Good understanding of detection, segmentation, tracking, and image processing. Familiarity with preprocessing and evaluation methods. Strong problem-solving mindset and good communication skills. Good to have: Experience in manufacturing automation, exposure to generative AI, work with LLMs, or knowledge of AI governance and data security.
