About the role
What You'll Do Bixal is seeking an experienced Lead UX Designer to lead design strategy and execution for our work on a project with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) Office of Communications. This is a key personnel role on a high-profile UI/UX and Drupal CMS modernization that will transform our client's public- and internal-facing digital ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership position that blends strategic vision with design execution. You will drive the evolution of FDIC's user experience and visual systems, ensuring accessible, coherent, and intuitive interfaces across platforms. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-in-class digital services to public and internal users. This is a full-time position contingent on contract award by our client, with a defined performance period of up to one year, with the possibility of two one-year extensions.
