Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIW professional located in the Pune District. Responsibilities include designing and integrating BIW tooling systems, developing solutions for Spot Welding, CO2 Welding, MIG Welding, and Riveting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves ensuring adherence to international engineering standards while optimizing cost-effectiveness and technical efficiency.
Qualifications
- Expertise in BIW tooling design and chassis integration processes
- Knowledge of Spot Welding, CO2 Welding, MIG Welding, and Riveting technologies
- Proficiency in design software and CAD tools relevant to BIW applications
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
- Prior work experience in engineering or automotive sectors considered an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
