Summary

Bitkraft Technologies LLP is looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our software engineering team. You will be looking into the end-to-end delivery of projects, client communications, team statuses for our web & mobile development projects of our custom services business.

As a Junior Project Manager, you should be comfortable with technology projects for web and mobile and be a bridge between various stakeholders on the project. A background on software development is essential.

Essential Skills

• Knowledge and working with JIRA, Github Projects or any other project management tools
• Maintaining client relationships
• Manage team allocations
• Vendor management
• Adept at managing multiple projects at a time
• Proven organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• PMP certification or willingness to pursue certification is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact project timelines and outcomes.
• Support the Project Manager in monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
• Assist in evaluating project performance and implementing improvements.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding project management methodologies.
