What you'll do Responsible for the content management and planning, daily operations, and data analysis of relevant sections within Dapp and other App products, including but not limited to Dapp recommendations, event planning, content distribution, and user growth. Closely follow Web3 industry trends, develop content operation strategies based on hot topics and user needs, optimize user experience, and improve user engagement and retention. Regularly plan and execute user growth and conversion initiatives such as airdrops, tasks, and activities. Independently produce high-quality content, including but not limited to tweets, project analysis, user guides, and event copywriting. Track and analyze operational data, regularly produce analysis reports, and continuously optimize operational strategies and content performance. Work closely with product, tech, marketing, community, and other teams to facilitate efficient cross-department collaboration and achieve operational goals. 岗位职责 负责Dapp等App产品内相关栏目的内容管理策划、日常运营和数据分析，包括但不限于Dapp精选、活动策划、内容分发、用户增长等； 紧密关注Web3行业动态，结合热点和用户需求，制定内容运营策略，优化用户体验，提升活跃度与留存率； 负责定期策划空投、任务、活动等用户增长及转化方案，并推动落地执行； 独立产出高质量内容，包括但不限于推文、项目分析、用户指南和活动文案； 跟踪并分析运营数据，定期输出分析报告，持续优化运营策略与内容表现； 与产品、技术、市场、社区等团队紧密协作，推动跨部门高效合作，实现运营目标。 What you'll need Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of operations experience, preferably with experience in internet product operations or the blockchain industry. Deep involvement in the Web3 industry, familiarity with ecosystems such as DeFi, NFT, airdrops, and wallets; candidates with personal project experience and successful airdrop participation are preferred. Excellent content planning, writing, and multi-channel distribution skills; experience operating communities or events is a plus. Strong logical thinking, sensitivity to data, and strong analytical and summarization abilities. Strong communication skills, project management abilities, a strong sense of responsibility, self-drive, and a spirit of teamwork. Good command of English in reading, writing, listening, and speaking; able to obtain and understand first-hand Web3 information. 任职要求 本科及以上学历，2年以上运营经验，有互联网产品运营或区块链行业经历优先； 深度参与过Web3行业，熟悉DeFi、NFT、空投、钱包等生态，有自身参与项目并成功获得空投经验者优先； 具备出色的内容策划、撰写及多渠道分发能力，有社群、活动运营经验者佳； 逻辑思维强，数据敏感，具备良好的分析及总结能力； 较强的沟通能力与项目推动能力，责任心强，有自驱力及团队合作精神； 英语读写听说良好，能顺利获取并理解一手web3相关资讯。
