Regional Growth Manager (EU)

Resonsibilities :

• Plan and execute regional growth strategies in designated regional growth gions/countries and be responsible for the total downloads, DAU and trading volumes
• Develop influencers, communities, partnerships in the local market and execute co-marketing plans to drive user growth
• Work with cross functional team (Product, UA, Operation, BDMs, Community to establish growth strategies to support Bitget Wallet's user growth and revenue goals.
• Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns, and find opportunities to rapidly grow customer acquisition with all the methods that are reasonable to execute
• Grow local social media and communities utilising local ambassadors or angels team

Requirements:

• Have a deep insight into certain regions, LATAM, Africa, Europe and etc., and proven regional growth, experiences in web3, English natives are preferred
• At least 3-5 years working experience in web3, better to be web3 degen and sensitive about the marketing trends in web 3 and crypto industry
• A resourceful self-starter and tenacious problem-solver, willing to roll up one's sleeves to meet client needs and improve client experience
• Detail-oriented, results focused individual who can work with minimal supervision
