About the role
1. Responsible for product requirement analysis, system design, and database design;
2. Participate in product requirement analysis, delve into requirements, and study project technical details;
3. Write relevant technical documentation according to company standards;
4. Resolve challenging issues that arise in projects and optimize system performance;
5. Regularly summarize and share experiences and results accumulated from work; maintain good communication and exchange with team members.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field of computer science, with English spoken as the working language;
2. Adherence to coding standards, solid programming fundamentals, and strong logical thinking skills;
3. Proficient in Java, with a good understanding of JVM principles, experience in JVM performance tuning is a plus;
4. Familiar with mainstream open-source frameworks such as SpringBoot, MyBatis, SpringCloud, Dubbo, etc.;
5. Knowledgeable in database design and development, proficient in MySQL, and possesses good SQL writing and optimization skills;
