What you'll do Product Planning and Design: Responsible for the planning and design of financial strategy trading and copy trading related products, promote products from 0 to 1 and continuous optimization and iteration. In-depth understanding of financial trading markets, copy trading logic, quantitative trading strategies, and building efficient and easy-to-use trading tools and strategy copy trading systems. Financial Calculation and Modeling: Familiar with the calculation logic of financial derivatives, leverage, income calculation, PnL (Profit and Loss) analysis, and fund management. Ability to handle key indicators such as transaction cost calculation (such as slippage, spread, handling fee), capital utilization analysis, and risk-adjusted rate of return. Able to design automatic copy profit model, profit sharing model, yield curve analysis, risk control parameter calculation (such as VaR, Sharpe ratio, Martingale strategy, etc.), and write corresponding calculation formulas; Demand analysis and optimization: study the strategic trading model of mainstream trading platforms in the market, and propose innovative solutions in combination with business goals; collect and analyze user feedback, continuously optimize core functions such as order matching, transaction execution, copy logic, and profit distribution to improve user experience; pay attention to industry trends and competitive product analysis, and promote product optimization in terms of transaction depth, liquidity management, and risk control. Cross-team collaboration: work closely with R&D, design, operation, and data teams to ensure efficient implementation of product solutions. Responsible for product launch, iteration and data analysis, and continuously optimize product core indicators. Strategic trading and understanding of the financial system: understand the financial market structure, exchange matching mechanism, market maker model, and quantitative trading strategies (such as high-frequency trading, arbitrage strategies, trend tracking, etc.). Pay attention to emerging financial products such as DeFi, contract trading, and smart investment advisors, and explore new trading models. What you'll need Financial trading and computing capabilities: Have relevant experience in digital currency, foreign exchange, stock or futures trading, familiar with transaction matching mechanism, leverage and derivatives, copy trading, etc.; be able to independently write financial calculation formulas and perform mathematical modeling of trading strategies. Understand the basic principles of quantitative trading strategies, such as grid trading, CTA strategy, AI smart trading, etc. Product capabilities: More than 3 years of experience as a product manager in financial trading, and those with relevant experience in exchanges, quantitative funds, smart investment advisors, etc. are preferred. Have good abstract ability and logical thinking, and be able to transform complex financial products into feasible product solutions. Familiar with data-driven product optimization, and be able to formulate product iteration plans based on data analysis. Technology & risk control understanding: Understand the underlying financial architecture such as matching engine, transaction API, risk control system, account system, etc. Familiar with KYC, AML, risk control model, and have a certain understanding of compliance requirements. Communication & execution: Have excellent cross-team communication skills, and be able to coordinate R&D, operations, marketing and other departments to efficiently promote projects.
