Business Analyst

Gather and document business requirements for the project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives (facilitate workshops) Collaborate with IT and business leaders to define and implement governance and management processes based on the framework. Analyse current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions. Support the design and implementation of business process improvements, ensuring compliance with principles and guidelines. Provide guidance and support to project teams in the application of practices. Monitor and report on the progress of the project, ensuring that milestones and objectives are met. Conduct training and awareness sessions for stakeholders on principles and practices. Document Procedures and process as required.
