Full-Stack Developer & Data Visualization Engineer

We're seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer & Data Visualization Engineer to lead the technical evolution of our Bitcoin for Corporations platform. This is a senior-level, high-ownership role where you'll be responsible for overhauling the existing BFC website, architecting backend systems, and building dynamic, user-friendly dashboards that provide real-time insights into corporate Bitcoin adoption. You'll own the full stack—from data ingestion and aggregation to visualization and deployment—while collaborating cross-functionally to shape the future of financial intelligence in the Bitcoin space. Key Responsibilities - Lead the redesign and modernization of the Bitcoin for Corporations website (b.tc/corporations) with an emphasis on performance, accessibility, and user experience. - Architect and maintain backend services to aggregate, normalize, and serve data from multiple sources including financial market APIs and Bitcoin-specific feeds. - Design and develop interactive data dashboards that visualize Bitcoin adoption across public companies—drawing inspiration from platforms like bitcointreasuries.net and Bitcoin Magazine Pro. - Build clean, reusable, and well-documented code for both frontend and backend systems, ensuring scalability and maintainability. - Integrate third-party APIs and data sources, including financial market data, on-chain metrics, and corporate filings. - Implement security best practices across the stack, especially for financial data handling and API interactions. - Monitor and optimize performance across frontend components and backend pipelines to ensure a fast, reliable user experience. - Own the deployment pipeline using modern infrastructure tools (e.g., Vercel, AWS), ensuring robust CI/CD, uptime, and observability. We're Looking For - 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, Node.js, etc.) - Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with experience in data visualization libraries (e.g., Chart.js, D3.js, Recharts) - Proven experience building and maintaining backend services, RESTful APIs, and database architectures (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) - Familiarity with deploying production applications to cloud platforms like Vercel, AWS, or similar - Demonstrated ability to integrate third-party APIs and financial data sources (e.g., market APIs, Bitcoin data providers) - Strong product sense with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and executive teams - Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially when translating complex data into actionable dashboards
