Birlsoft Off Campus Drive 2025:Overview: Job Title: Trainee Graduates Job Location: Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Mumbai, Chennai Salary: Rs. 32,875 per month Experience: Freshers Qualification : BE/B.Tech, BSC/BCA Batch : 2024/2025 Job Description : Role 1 Infrastructure -Engineering: · 60% overall education. · Year of graduation: 2024 / 2025 · BE/B.Tech (CS/IS/IT/ECE/ETC/EE/Circuit Branches) with programming knowledge mandatory) Skills: Complete understanding cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Dev/OPS process. Good understanding of operating systems (Windows, Unix), and Observability Tools Strong knowledge in Python coding. Basic knowledge of Networking, Cyber Security principles. Familiarity with SDLC, IT service management concepts Role 2 Infrastructure – Non Engineering · 60% overall education. · Year of graduation: 2024 / 2025 · BSc. IT / CS/ Maths OR BCA with programming knowledge mandatory Skills: Good understanding of operating systems (Windows, Unix), Cloud Good understanding of a programming language / scripting Basic knowledge of Networking, Cyber Security principles. Familiarity with SDLC, IT service management concepts Role 3 : Tester Eligibility Criteria: 60% overall education. Year of graduation: 2024 / 2025 BE/B.Tech (CS/IS/IT/ECE/ETC/EE/Circuit Branches) with programming knowledge mandatory) Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Skills: Sound knowledge on any of the programming languages – Java / JavaScript / Python / C# scripting Knowledge of using SQL queries on databases for extracting and analyzing application data Basic knowledge on various testing concepts and practices such as STLC, different testing types, test optimization techniques etc. Understanding of test automation framework using Selenium, UFT or other industry proven testing tool Understands Agile Methodology – Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Burn down, defect triage etc. Certification – ISTQB or some equivalent Testing Certification preferred Selection Process: Initial screening -> Technical Test -> Technical Interview -> HR interview
