Maintenance Technician – All Shifts Available Brighton, Michigan

The Role
The Maintenance Technician supports the day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of production equipment and facility systems in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment and utilities are operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on production equipment, utilities, and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues
- Support installation, calibration, and commissioning of equipment
- Monitor and support building and utility systems (HVAC, automation, etc.)
- Assist with execution of qualification and validation activities
- Document maintenance activities in accordance with GMP and GDP requirements
- Develop and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
What You Bring
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance or related experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required (trade school or technical degree preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and P&ID drawings
- Experience with troubleshooting automated systems
- Familiarity with PLC systems (Allen-Bradley preferred) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
Climbing ladders, kneeling, and working in mechanical spaces
Use of hand and power tools
Standing and moving throughout the shift
