Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, India, for a Biotechnology Production Officer Trainee. The trainee will participate in production processes, uphold quality control standards, contribute to research and development activities, and support training initiatives within the organization. Responsibilities include assisting in manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality systems, and collaborating with the team on continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, or a related field
- Freshers are wecome
- Strong knowledge Biotechnology processes and products
- Familiarity with Documentation and Regulatory affairs
- Familiarity with the Food Industry and its regulatory standards
- Exposure to Manufacturing and production processes in the biotech sector
- Passion for biotechnology innovation and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
