Key Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and communication.
● Understand customer needs and ensure they are met with appropriate solutions.
● Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
● Address customer complaints or concerns efficiently, ensuring high client satisfaction. Maintain detailed and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM.
● Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Support, Product) to resolve customer issues. Upsell and cross-sell relevant services when appropriate. Gather and report customer feedback to help improve the product and service quality.
● Ensure timely renewal of services and assist in customer retention initiatives.
Key Requirements:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
● Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
● Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of regional languages is a plus
