About the role

At BioRender, we’re on a mission to accelerate the world’s ability to learn, discover, and communicate science — transforming how knowledge is shared and making science open, collaborative, and easily understandable by all.

We’re shaping the future of science communication and are looking for talented individuals to help bring this vision to life! 🚀

About The Role

As Chief of Staff to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you’ll be a strategic thought partner and operational right hand, helping to scale our rapidly growing go-to-market (GTM) function. You’ll lead and support high-impact projects across enablement, process design, and GTM execution. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, connecting dots across teams, and getting things done — all in service of building a high-performing revenue organization.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and operationalize cross-functional GTM projects — from playbook development to enablement and special projects.
  • Work closely with the executive team to ensure cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance
  • Develop insights and recommendations through structured analysis, stakeholder interviews, and experimentation.
  • Help prepare for and facilitate revenue leadership meetings, QBRs, board reporting, and strategy offsites.
  • Step in as project lead or “interim owner” for revenue initiatives where leadership capacity is limited or evolving.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, management consulting, revenue operations, or a similar role in a high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Clear and concise communicator — able to synthesize information, make recommendations, and drive decisions across functions.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market models and the ability to influence cross-functional revenue workstreams.
