We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented biomedical engineer (BME) to join our interdisciplinary team. The role involves working at the intersection of mechanical systems, electronics, and biological applications to develop innovative biomedical devices. Candidates will be primarily evaluated based on the quality, depth, and practical implementation of their Master’s thesis/project work, with strong emphasis on hands-on engineering, problem-solving approach, and technical execution capability. This is a highly hands-on engineering role, requiring active involvement in prototyping, instrumentation development, and system-level integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on mechanical and electronics integration for biomedical devices
- Assist in product prototyping and iterative development cycles
- Support electrochemical and biosensing instrumentation design, testing, and validation
- Contribute to medical device regulatory documentation and compliance processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biology, firmware, and software
- Analyse and improve system performance, stability, and reliability
- Maintain detailed documentation of experiments, prototypes, and test results
