Company Description
Syaays is an advanced predictive AI engine designed to analyze quantitative biomarker patterns for early detection of abnormalities and risk thresholds. By identifying clinical alerts prior to symptomatic disease progression, Syaays empowers healthcare decision-making and improves patient outcomes. The company focuses on innovative technologies to transform healthcare diagnostics. Our solutions aim to foster proactive healthcare and enhance medical insights.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Biomedical Engineer to lead the development of a quantitative point-of-care medical device integrated with AI-based modeling. This role sits at the intersection of biomedical engineering, data science, and product development, with a strong focus on translating clinical needs into scalable, real-world solutions.
You will work on cutting-edge innovation involving biosensing, signal processing, and predictive modeling for healthcare applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop quantitative diagnostic medical devices (hardware + software integration)
Build and optimize AI/ML models for biomarker quantification and clinical decision support
Develop data acquisition, preprocessing, and signal analysis pipelines
Work with clinical datasets (e.g., saliva, blood, or urine biomarkers)
Collaborate on prototype development, testing, and validation
Contribute to regulatory documentation (CDSCO, FDA, etc.)
Support product scaling and real-world deployment
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Biomedical Engineering / Biotechnology / Electronics / AI/ML / related field
Strong understanding of biosensors, diagnostics, or medical devices
Experience with Python / MATLAB / embedded systems
Knowledge of machine learning (regression, classification, time-series analysis)
Familiarity with signal processing and data modeling
Understanding of clinical validation and healthcare workflows
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in point-of-care diagnostics or electrochemical sensing
Exposure to AI in healthcare or digital health platforms
Knowledge of regulatory pathways (CDSCO, FDA, ISO 13485)
Experience working in startup or research-driven environments
What We’re Looking For
Problem solver who can build from scratch, not just maintain systems
Someone comfortable working in uncertain, fast-moving startup environments
Strong ownership mindset with ability to translate ideas into working prototypes
Why Join Us
Opportunity to work on impact-driven healthcare innovation
Direct contribution to next-generation diagnostic technologies
Exposure to AI + medical device convergence
High growth potential with leadership opportunities
