Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Biomedical Engineer based in Mohali district. The Biomedical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of medical equipment, conducting preventive maintenance, and supporting clinical engineering tasks. Other day-to-day duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring operational readiness of diagnostic equipment, and contributing to product improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal performance of devices
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medical Equipment and Biomedical Engineering principles
- Experience in Clinical Engineering and managing technology in a healthcare setting
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues effectively
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Prior experience in a similar role, particularly within the medical device manufacturing or healthcare sector, is a plus
