Role Description
We are hiring Medical Sales Representatives for Bangalore, Mysuru, and Mangalore.Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell medical devices and equipment to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers. Achieve territory-wise sales targets and drive business growth. Build and maintain relationships with doctors, surgeons, and purchase managers. Conduct product demonstrations and support clinical applications. Manage distributors and dealer network in the assigned territory. Update daily reports in CRM and track competitor activity. Candidate Requirements: 1 to 6 years of experience in medical devices, pharma, or healthcare sales. Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or any relevant field. Strong communication skills in English and Kannada. Target-driven with willingness to travel extensively within the territory. Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Biomedical Engineering and Clinical Engineering
- Proficiency in working with Medical Equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical details effectively to team members and healthcare professionals
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline
- Prior experience in handling critical care equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of industry safety regulations and standards
