Role Description The Biology Tutor role at Exam Grader is a full-time, on-site position based in Darbhanga. The tutor will provide individualized and group instruction in biology, aligned with relevant curricula and exam patterns. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, clarifying concepts, solving doubts, and preparing students for assessments using Exam Grader’s tools and analytics. The tutor will collaborate with other educators to review student performance data, adapt teaching strategies, and offer targeted support. Additional duties may include creating practice materials, conducting periodic tests, maintaining student progress records, and communicating with learners and guardians as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong subject expertise in Biology, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately.
- Candidates should possess effective Tutoring and Online Tutoring skills to support diverse learners and learning environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and guardians in a clear and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess foundational Mathematics skills to support biology topics that involve quantitative reasoning and data interpretation.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related life science field; advanced degrees or teaching certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in classroom teaching or academic tutoring, particularly for school or college-level biology examinations.
- Ability to use digital tools and learning platforms; openness to integrating AI-driven assessment insights into teaching.
- Strong organizational skills, patience, and a learner-centered approach, with commitment to educational equity and inclusion.
