Biology Researcher (Masters/PhDs) - AI Training
About The Role
What if your years of biology expertise could directly shape how AI reasons through some of the most complex scientific problems of our time? We're looking for Biology Researchers with advanced degrees to tackle challenging problems in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, and beyond — helping build the next generation of AI models that think with scientific precision.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep domain expertise and a rigorous scientific mind.

What You'll Do
- Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related fields to design complex, meaningful problem statements
- Evaluate AI-generated scientific content for accuracy, rigor, and depth
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to sharpen AI model reasoning
- Ensure scientific clarity and precision across all deliverables
- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field (Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, etc.)
- Deep expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
- Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or analytical tasks
- Exceptional written communicator — you can explain complex science with clarity and precision
- Detail-oriented and methodical, with a strong commitment to scientific accuracy
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI tools or model evaluation workflows
- Background in academic publishing, peer review, or science communication
- Experience designing or grading advanced scientific problems or assessments
