Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Biology Faculty member located in Samastipur. The role involves teaching and mentoring students in biology-related subjects, designing comprehensive curricula, developing engaging teaching materials, and conducting assessments. The faculty member will also engage in research to enhance content quality and stay updated with advancements in the fields of biology, physiology, and microbiology. Collaboration with peers to ensure consistent high-quality education delivery will also be part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Biology, Microbiology, and Physiology is essential.
- Experience in Curriculum Development and the ability to create effective teaching materials.
- Proficiency in conducting Research to ensure accurate and up-to-date subject knowledge.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Biology or a related field is highly preferred.
