is looking for an experienced and target-driven Bio Sales Manager for handling B2B Sales in the Agro & Bio Products segment.
If you have strong connections in the agro industry and experience in bio fertilizers, bio pesticides, or plant nutrition products, this opportunity is for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and expand B2B sales of:
• Bio Fertilizers
• Bio Pesticides
• Plant Growth Promoters
• Bio Plant Nutrition Products
✅ Build strong business relationships with:
• Agro Companies
• Institutional Buyers
• Dealers & Distributors
• Bulk Purchasers
✅ Generate new business opportunities and increase market presence.
✅ Handle bulk order negotiations and long-term business partnerships.
✅ Coordinate with production, dispatch, and management teams for smooth execution.
✅ Conduct product presentations, technical meetings, and client discussions.
✅ Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
✅ Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets.

✅ Required Experience
✔ 5–10 Years experience in:
• Agrochemical Industry
• Bio Products Industry
• Pesticide Industry
✔ Strong B2B / Institutional Sales experience is mandatory.
✔ Good knowledge of Bio Fertilizers, Bio Pesticides & Plant Nutrition Products.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation & business development skills.
✔ Experience handling corporate clients and bulk buyers.

🎓 Qualification
🎓 B.Sc Agriculture / M.Sc Agriculture / MBA (Sales & Marketing) Preferred
