📌 Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Bio Sales Manager who will be responsible for company-to-company (B2B) sales of bio products. The role involves developing business with agro companies, distributors, institutional buyers, and bulk purchasers, expanding the company's bio product portfolio in the market.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Develop B2B sales of Bio fertilizers, Bio pesticides, and Bio plant nutrition products.
• Identify and build relationships with agro companies, institutional buyers, and bulk distributors.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s bio product market presence.
• Manage bulk orders, negotiations, and long-term business partnerships.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and management teams for smooth order execution.
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with business partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales revenue targets.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
✅ Must Have
• 5–10 years of experience in Agrochemical / Bio Products / Pesticide Industry (Mandatory).
• Strong experience in B2B sales or institutional sales in the agro industry.
• Knowledge of bio fertilizers, bio pesticides, and plant growth promoters.
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.
• Experience in handling corporate clients or bulk buyers.
🎓 Qualification
• B.Sc Agriculture / M.Sc Agriculture / MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
⭐ Nice to Have
• Existing network with agro companies or distributors.
• Experience in bulk supply or contract-based sales in the agro industry.
