Job Purpose
The Bingo and Raffle Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the bingo and raffles events are operating efficiently in accordance with Terms and Conditions of Alberta Gaming, Liquor, and Cannabis (AGLC) and Mechet Charities Limited Policies and Procedures. Must be able to interact and communicate professionally with various levels of administration and representatives of Mechet Charities Limited, Enoch Cree Nation, AGLC, external vendors, and event customers. Reports directly to the Mechet Chief Executive Officer.
Education, Experience And Requirements
- Preferred to have completed at least (1) year post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field in Bingo Operations experience.
- Must provide a current Criminal Record Check.
- Must have a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in oral and written communication.
- Must be proficient in computers and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Proficient organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Working Conditions
Will be required to multitask with deadlines. Working within an office environment or remotely including working at bingo and raffle events. May be required to travel and work hours will vary.
