IT Infrastructure/ DevOps / Cloud Engineer Apprentice

Our Tech Apprenticeship Program offers a unique opportunity for aspiring IT professionals to gain real-world experience and develop valuable skills. This hands-on program provides on-the-job training and mentorship, allowing you to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist System Engineers in evaluating, developing, and implementing current and future desktop and server needs.
• Assist in troubleshooting networking-related issues.
• Provide daily/weekly support for all systems within the organization.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans.
• Assist in the development and implementation of short-, medium--, and long-term ICT plans.
• Maintain computer systems and networks.
• Serve as first-level support, and other levels of support as needed.
• Provide immediate responses to client requests.
• Assist System Engineers in managing organizational and client infrastructure, including but not limited to Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and cloud computing.
• Basic knowledge of Office Tools, Microsoft Servers, Linux Servers, Cloud Servers (AWS preferred), Active Directory, and Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of 1 a team
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
