About the role

Binance is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join their Merchant Team and support P2P users across South East Asia. You'll be the first point of contact for merchants — solving problems, answering questions, and keeping operations smooth. • Handle inbound queries via chat, email & calls • Escalate complex cases and collaborate with internal teams • Stay up-to-date with evolving crypto tools and P2P standards • Maintain support quality and adhere to schedules • Be flexible to work shifts, weekends & holidays
