Job Overview:


To provide comprehensive support to the Founder(s) by managing key operational tasks, facilitating communication across teams, and ensuring the efficient flow of information, enabling the Founder(s) to focus on strategic initiatives and growth. This role will be a central point of coordination, requiring a proactive, outgoing individual with strong organizational and analytical abilities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Enhance Founder Effectiveness: Manage Founder's schedule, support strategic projects, and represent the Founder.
  • Drive Organizational Efficiency: Implement process improvements, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and address operational challenges.
  • Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting (KPIs).
  • Strengthen Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Accelerate Company Growth: Support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Lead and execute strategic cross-functional projects independently.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and synthesise insights for decision-making.
  • Manage key initiatives from idea to execution (e.g., GTM projects, process improvements, special ops).
  • Work closely with the founder on fundraising activities — decks, data rooms, investor updates.
  • Build internal systems: dashboards, reporting frameworks, OKR tracking.
  • Prepare briefs, reports, and leadership communication documents.
  • Solve first-time, ambiguous problems that don't yet have an owner.
  • Drive alignment across teams, ensuring fast and high-quality execution. 


Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Graduation/PG from a top-tier institution (IIT/IIM preferred).
  • At least 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similar high-energy field.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound business judgment.
  • Proven track record of working well with technical, business, and sales teams.
  • A team player attitude with a passion for creating a great work culture.
