About the role

About the Role

We’re looking for a HubSpot Specialist to support our homebuilder clients by helping them get the most out of their CRM, marketing automation, reporting, and customer experience tools. You’ll play a key role in building scalable systems, maintaining clean data, and managing client relationships to ensure our builders are supported throughout their journey.



Key Responsibilities

 

CRM Management & Optimization

  • Build, manage, and improve HubSpot pipelines, deal stages, lifecycle stages, and custom properties tailored to the homebuilding process
  • Maintain clean, organized CRM data across portals and clients
  • Configure lead routing, scoring, and buyer journey workflows based on construction timelines

 

Customer Management & Support

  • Act as the day-to-day HubSpot contact for assigned builder clients
  • Manage client requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely execution of deliverables
  • Communicate proactively with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements

 

Automation & Campaign Execution

  • Design and implement automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, customer portal engagement, and post-close communication
  • Support marketing teams with email campaigns, landing pages, and list segmentation

 

Documentation & Process Standardization

  • Create and maintain clear documentation for all systems, automations, and processes
  • Build internal playbooks, process guides, and help articles to support repeatability and training
  • Document client-specific workflows and configurations to ensure continuity

 

Reporting & Insights

  • Build dashboards and reports that track sales pipeline health, marketing performance, and customer engagement
  • Audit and troubleshoot inconsistencies in data and reporting


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, ideally with multiple clients or business units
  • Experience in the residential construction or real estate sector is a plus
  • Strong documentation skills with a focus on clarity, organization, and reusability
  • Comfortable managing client relationships and communicating directly with stakeholders
  • Proficient in workflow automation, segmentation, custom reporting, and lifecycle management
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prioritize across multiple projects
  • Travel required periodically for client visits or events

 

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot certifications (especially in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or CRM Implementation)
  • Familiarity with homebuilding, real estate or residential construction
  • Proven ability to translate complex systems into clear, user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
