Role Description
We're hiring a full-time, on-site BIM Technician in Udupi to join a growing studio known for its curated, high-quality project portfolio. You'll build and manage BIM models, produce accurate construction documentation, and support coordination across residential, commercial, and institutional projects — working closely with architects, consultants, and site teams to keep drawings clash-free and aligned with design intent. This is a chance to work alongside experienced industry professionals on projects that matter, with real ownership and room to grow.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Revit and other BIM authoring tools, with working knowledge of AutoCAD and clash-detection software (e.g., Navisworks). Ability to translate architectural and engineering drawings into accurate, coordinated 3D models. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Understanding of construction documentation standards and building codes. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple models and revisions under deadline. Strong communication skills for coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors. Ability to work on-site in Udupi and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
