Role Overview
We are looking for a BIM Specialists with experience in architectural/interior projects to support BIM model development, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination across project stages. The role requires strong technical understanding, accuracy in model management, and the ability to work closely with design and consultant teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models for architectural/interior projects
- Prepare coordinated drawing sets and documentation from BIM models
- Support multidisciplinary coordination with structural and MEP consultants
- Conduct clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issues
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project protocols, and LOD requirements
- Maintain model accuracy, data consistency, and drawing quality
- Participate in coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in model audits, sheet setup, and BIM data management
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in BIM for architectural/interior projects
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Understanding of BIM workflows, coordination processes, and LOD standards
- Experience in preparing detailed architectural documentation
- Good knowledge of construction detailing and consultant coordination
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
