Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Specialist, for Pune/Bangalore office . The BIM Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing detailed parametric families and modular families with LOD 500, applying 3D design principles, and utilizing advanced tools like Rhino, Grasshopper, Recap etc. The candidate needs to be well versed with Scan to BIM and also digital twin. The role includes coordinating with team members to ensure design specifications are met and adhering to deadlines while maintaining precise quality standards. The professional will also participate in conceptualizing and visualizing designs to achieve project objectives effectively.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in 3D Design and 3D Modeling
•Minimum 5 years of Experience
• Hands-on experience with tools such as REVIT, SketchUp, Rhino, Recap, Navisworks.
• Understanding and ability to work with family creation in a 3D modeling environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with project teams
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience with construction industry projects or BIM modeling is an advantage.
