Point cloud/ BIM Specialist
Chennai
Work from office is must
Technical Skills
Experience in modelling Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA), and MEPF disciplines using Revit, with the ability to adapt quickly.Able to read and understand Point cloud to create accurate models.Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk ReCap, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).USA Project standard experience is preferred. Able to create accurate as-built models based on point cloud data.
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to work well with teams.Maintains clear and detailed documentation, including modeling changes and QA/QC records.
