Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site BIM Specialist role based in Mumbai. The BIM Specialist will oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, coordinate architectural designs with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and ensure seamless submittals and project documentation. The role involves collaborative work with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality and efficient project designs adhering to industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Experience in managing submittals and project documentation workflows
- Proficient in relevant BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in healthcare or complex engineering projects is an asset
